Galactic Myriad⁣

  Galactic Myriad⁣ :

⁣@NASAHubble’s Ultra Deep Field view shows nearly 10,000 galaxies deep in the core of our universe. What would be a largely empty patch of sky to ground-based observatories, Hubble’s long exposure sees galaxies of all ages, shapes, and sizes from the early times of our universe.⁣

The smallest red galaxies may have existed when the universe was just 800 million years old, comparatively ancient to the elliptical and spiral galaxies, which flourished about 1 billion years ago. Galaxies interact, with gravitational fields twisting and turning their shapes, remnants of the universe’s chaotic youth.⁣

Image description: Galaxies dot the blackness of space in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Blue and Green correspond to colors seen by the human eye. Red represents near-infrared light, inviable to the human eye.⁣
