Red (galactic version)

 Red (galactic version) :

A spiral galaxy shines bright in the constellation Canes Venatici, 24 million light-years away. Observations from @NASAHubble and ground-based images reveal a striking feature of this galaxy: an extra pair of arms seen here as red wisps of hydrogen gas, possibly due to the chaotic churning around the central black hole.

Scientists speculate that large amounts of gas from the galaxy are falling into and fueling the supermassive black hole.

Image description: A spiral galaxy appears in the center of the photo, with its yellow-white nucleus surrounded by dots of blue and pink and clouds of red and purple. The galaxy is surrounded by black space dotted with small stars.
